Quercus (Latin for Oak tree) is owned and managed by Sue YOUNG who has lived in France for more than 20 years.

Having worked in Paris in the service-industry world of home furnishing, interior design and decoration, her personal projects have included the creation of an apartment in Paris from old servants’ quarters, the complete renovation of a thatched cottage in Normandy and currently the restoration and conversion to a dwelling of a timber frame barn.
